Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us at concierge@latelierdemayfair.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: Watches and leather goods are delicate items. We ask that all returns are carefully repackaged to avoid damage in transit. Items returned in a damaged or used condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
