Authentication
Each timepiece and leather accessory is individually inspected by our specialists prior to listing. Our authentication process examines:

✓ Serial and reference number verification
✓ Condition assessment and grading
✓ Accompanying documentation and box review (where present)
✓ Leather quality, stitching, and hardware authenticity
Where original box and papers are present, this is clearly noted in the product listing. All pieces are accurately described and photographed to reflect their true condition.

Warranty
All timepieces sold by L'Atelier De Mayfair are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Warranty Covers
✓ Mechanical defects in the movement
✓ Faults arising from manufacturing or assembly
✓ Timekeeping accuracy outside of manufacturer tolerances
Warranty Does Not Cover
✗ Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
✗ Normal wear and tear (scratches, bracelet stretch)
✗ Water damage beyond the piece's stated water resistance
✗ Unauthorised servicing or modification
